Refund terms

Draft terms. You see the result and a preview before paying. If the paid files fail to open, fail the validation we showed, or expire before you could download them, you get a refund or a free refit. Refit is included for 30 minutes or three attempts, whichever ends first. A paid job that expires undelivered is flagged for refund and is never silently kept.
