Draft summary of how files are handled.

• Files upload to our server to be processed. The page tells you when this happens.
• Active inputs, intermediates and outputs are deleted within one hour after a job finishes or fails, and in all cases within 24 hours of upload. You can delete immediately.
• File contents are not used to train any model and are not sent to AI services.
• Passwords you enter for protected PDFs are held in memory only for that job and never written to disk or logs.
• Analytics count steps (visit, check, payment, download). They contain no file names, contents or personal data.
• Payment provider records carry opaque order ids only, never file names.
• We keep minimal non-content order and security records for a lawful retention period to be defined with counsel.
• Backups exclude file content. If a hosting provider keeps recoverable copies, this page will state the actual retention before launch.
